REFUND POLICY

1. Free Trial and Evaluation

We offer a free trial period so you can explore Quill Note before committing to a paid plan. During the trial, you have full access to premium features to evaluate if the product fits your needs.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for payments made after the trial period ends.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
• Unintended Renewals: If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and notify us within 7 days of the charge, we may offer a refund.
• Technical Issues: If the app fails to perform as intended and our support team is unable to resolve your issue within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• You simply change your mind.
• You did not use the product after purchase.
• You failed to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
• Issues caused by third-party services or device limitations.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Your full name and email used for purchase
• Date and amount of the charge
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting screenshots or information

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
